The placement process at Kodnest is meticulously planned to ensure the best fit between our students and hiring companies. The process is as follows:
Profile Completion: To be eligible for placement, your profile should be 100% complete. This includes providing accurate information about your academic background, skills, and experience. Also, your resume needs to be up-to-date and tailored according to the job you're applying for.
Job Postings: Job opportunities from various companies are posted in the 'Placement' section of the Kodnest app. You can check the details of the jobs posted, including company information, job description, eligibility criteria, etc.
Application: If you meet the eligibility criteria for a job, you can apply directly from the app by clicking on 'Apply Now'. However, before applying, ensure that your resume is tailored to match the job requirements.
Interview Process: After you apply, your application is forwarded to the respective company. The company may conduct various interview rounds based on their selection process, which could include resume screening, skill assessments, communication assessments, online tests, or even direct interviews. Remember, the interview process is entirely up to the company and Kodnest has no interference in the rounds conducted by the company.
Status Updates: You can track the progress of your application through the application timeline available on the app. The timeline will provide updates on each round, whether you're shortlisted, rejected, or pending a decision.
Qualifying Round: In some cases, companies ask for a limited number of candidates for interview rounds, such as the top 50 or 100 profiles. In such situations, Kodnest conducts an initial qualifying round on the platform. This round evaluates your test scores, attendance, weekly assessment scores, and overall profile. The system then automatically selects the top profiles based on these criteria.
Job Offer: If you clear all the rounds and the company decides to hire you, you will receive an offer letter with details about your role, salary, joining date, and other terms and conditions.
The placement process is designed to match your skills and career aspirations with the right job opportunities. We advise you to apply for jobs that align with your career goals and to make the most of these opportunities.
